Oversees enterprise applications, IT operations, core banking, lending, digital systems, networks, servers, and support functions. Partners with security, risk, compliance, data, and AI leaders to maintain regulatory readiness, resiliency, cybersecurity, and business continuity. Guides cloud migration, legacy transformation, vendor sourcing, fintech partner enablement, technical delivery, organizational development, and technology budgeting while remaining engaged in architecture and critical technical decisions.

Manages special deposit programs, vendor relationships, customer screenings, due diligence, CIP verification, and compliance documentation. Identifies risks, anomalies, and red flags; collaborates with Compliance, Risk Management, and Account Managers to remediate issues. Maintains accurate records, improves procedures and process maps, and supports operational efficiency across banking and fintech functions.

Serves as the technical liaison between fintech stakeholders, core banking teams, shared services, and vendors. Assesses payment and account integration requirements, designs funds and data flows, diagnoses non-standard technical needs, scopes new integration capabilities, and leads cross-functional discussions through documented, supportable solutions. Provides consultative guidance on ACH, wire, check/image processing, file formats, and secure data exchange configurations.
