Mount St. Joseph University Benefits Overview

Leads Mount St. Joseph University's comprehensive annual giving program, including multi-channel fundraising campaigns, donor acquisition, retention, upgrades, mid-level giving, stewardship, and giving societies. Manages a portfolio of 75–100 donors, develops personalized solicitation strategies, analyzes donor data, coordinates campaign communications, supports capital campaigns, manages budgets and vendors, and collaborates with advancement, alumni, marketing, and campus partners to grow philanthropic engagement.

Leads the university’s comprehensive alumni engagement strategy, including relationship development, volunteer programs, events, communications, mentoring, career connections, and philanthropic partnerships. Oversees engagement metrics, CRM data, budgets, staff, and cross-campus collaboration while advising institutional leadership and strengthening lifelong alumni relationships.

Serve as chief advancement officer leading fundraising, alumni engagement, donor relations, and campaign strategy. Personally cultivate and solicit major/principal gifts, lead comprehensive campaigns, build advancement operations and CRM systems, manage advancement staff, and partner with the President, Board, and volunteers to secure transformational philanthropic investments.
