Serve as chief advancement officer leading fundraising, alumni engagement, donor relations, and campaign strategy. Personally cultivate and solicit major/principal gifts, lead comprehensive campaigns, build advancement operations and CRM systems, manage advancement staff, and partner with the President, Board, and volunteers to secure transformational philanthropic investments.

Lead financial strategy and business operations for the Center for Reading Science. Build and maintain financial models, reconciliations, and dashboards; manage $1M+ in donor and grant funds; design pricing and revenue frameworks; liaise with university fiscal services; ensure compliance and funder reporting; oversee event/vendor revenue pipelines and other operational logistics.

Perform comprehensive prospect research and data analysis to identify, qualify, and prioritize donor prospects. Maintain prospect data in Raiser's Edge, produce briefing materials and dashboards (Power BI/Excel), support fundraising strategy and campaign planning, and provide training and methodology improvements for Institutional Advancement staff.
