This is initially a quota-carrying individual contributor role with potential future player-coach responsibilities.

Own Monstro’s growth marketing engine across SEO, AEO, GEO, website optimization, executive thought leadership, content distribution, analytics, HubSpot operations, and targeted enterprise GTM activation. Establish measurement baselines, improve market authority and discoverability, develop AI-native workflows, support strategic accounts, and test marketing channels and automation systems. The role requires hands-on execution, strong editorial judgment, enterprise marketing expertise, and close collaboration with executives and subject-matter experts.

Architect and ship production AI agent systems and modeling infrastructure for regulated finance. Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, validation/evaluation pipelines, and compliance/auditability features. Influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable, explainable AI outputs in production.
