Lead frontend architecture and hands-on development across React and TypeScript applications. Define scalable component systems, testing strategies, CI/CD guardrails, accessibility, performance, security, and developer workflows. Partner with product, design, backend, and platform teams; influence technical direction, drive architectural adoption, mentor engineers, and introduce AI-assisted development practices in a high-ownership, regulated fintech environment.

Architect and ship production AI agent systems and modeling infrastructure for regulated finance. Build Python/FastAPI tooling, distributed event-driven backends, validation/evaluation pipelines, and compliance/auditability features. Influence system architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure reliable, explainable AI outputs in production.
