Leads clinical and business operations for an assigned market’s in-home multispecialty care model. Provides direct patient care, reviews and approves care plans, supervises clinical teams, directs treatment, conducts utilization and population health reviews, closes care gaps, and oversees quality, cost, and patient outcomes. Collaborates with providers, health plans, specialists, and market leadership while supporting value-based care, HEDIS performance, risk adjustment, and medical utilization management.

Lead Salesforce development and integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design and review Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, optimize SOQL and bulk processing, manage CI/CD and version control, enforce security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), implement test automation, and coordinate releases and environment deployments while collaborating with admins, stakeholders, and other IT teams.

The HR Business Partner aligns HR strategies with business-unit objectives, advises managers on employee relations and performance management, investigates workplace issues, interprets policies and employment laws, supports workforce and succession planning, and identifies training and executive coaching needs. The role partners with leadership to improve employee relationships, morale, productivity, retention, and regulatory compliance.
