Modus Create Benefits Overview

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across the US and Canada, research prospects, personalize outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the Sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records, support pipeline reporting, collaborate on sales and marketing optimization, provide market feedback, and attend industry events as needed.

Leads and coaches a Sales Development team while personally conducting outbound prospecting, researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, scheduling sales meetings, and managing CRM records. Owns KPI reporting, forecasting, performance development, recruiting support, and sales pipeline quality. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, share market insights, and optimize lead-generation processes. This is a remote player-coach role covering the US and Canada.

Build and operate reliable, observable backend systems across AWS infrastructure and Python services. Responsibilities include defining SLOs and error budgets, designing monitoring, managing incident response and 24/7 on-call operations, conducting postmortems, automating toil reduction, optimizing performance, and improving deployment reliability. The role also mentors SRE engineers, creates operational documentation, collaborates with client teams, and supports AI workloads and platform reliability strategies.
