Pitch distinctive ideas, respond to emerging news, coordinate with editors, and help plan coverage calendars. Adapt written storytelling for social, video, podcasts, and other platforms while collaborating across the newsroom. The role requires strong reporting, writing, news judgment, social media expertise, ethical journalism, and flexibility for travel and nontraditional hours.

Lead supply-side monetization modeling and experimentation: build LTV/ARPU/retention predictions, optimize price-floors and on-page experiences, analyze large event data, deploy and scale models into production, and guide experimentation to measure revenue impact.
