Serve as backup Contractor Quality Control (CQC) System Manager for EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Brooklyn VA. Administer CQC program, conduct inspections, coordinate testing, track deficiencies, verify corrective actions, manage QC documentation, support commissioning/turnover and perform all CQC duties when designated, ensuring compliance with federal and VA standards.

Lead and administer the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program for EHRM infrastructure upgrades at a VA Medical Center. Implement QC plans, perform inspections, manage QC documentation, coordinate testing and corrective actions, verify compliance with drawings/specs/codes, support commissioning and closeout, and liaise with subcontractors, testing agencies, and VA representatives. Authority to reject work, stop work, and confirm readiness for Government inspection.

Operate and manage live simulation (SAAB/MILES) systems during planning, execution, and after-action review phases. Develop scenarios, assign sensor/weapon kits, control EXCON functions (artillery, air strikes, IEDs, ammo, protection), record key events, support evaluation teams, and exploit exercise data for debriefs. Work on-site in exercise areas for multi-day deployments.
