Metropolitan Commercial Bank Benefits Overview

Owns end-to-end onboarding for complex commercial and corporate banking clients, including account opening, Treasury Management implementation, digital banking setup, documentation, training, and transition to servicing teams. Coordinates across Relationship Management, Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and Client Service. Reviews legal entity structures and account documentation, manages implementation dependencies and service-level agreements, maintains audit-ready records, and delivers customized product and platform demonstrations.

Supports the development and execution of digital, email, print, and social media campaigns. Maintains marketing calendars, creates promotional materials, monitors campaign performance, manages social media content, coordinates vendors and promotional inventory, assists with events and community outreach, and maintains mailing lists. The role collaborates across teams, follows brand guidelines, analyzes trends and campaign results, and works primarily in the office four days per week.

The Staff Accountant will support month-end procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, compliance reviews, and contribute to special projects while ensuring audit compliance.
