Scope and oversee projects, design solutions, build data pipelines and event-tracking systems, and make build-versus-buy decisions. Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, establish effective AI-assisted development practices, support hiring, and improve platform processes. The role requires full-stack development, data engineering, analytics, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and close attention to user experience.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Method's CRM apps and reusable components. Provide hands-on full‑stack development (React, C#/.NET), architect event-driven systems, integrate third‑party APIs, ensure testing/observability/CI‑CD, mentor engineers, and drive platform modernization and delivery.

Build and ship experiment-driven web application features across React, TypeScript, and .NET Core. Work on signup, onboarding, analytics, billing, and subscription systems; instrument and monitor releases; write automated tests; collaborate cross-functionally; and use AI-assisted workflows while validating and owning production code.
