Oversees count, dispense, cage, and kiosk equipment, authorizes access and short-pay activities, and directly supervises Soft Count Supervisors and Finance Technicians.

Provides end-user support for enterprise and desktop applications, troubleshooting software, databases, servers, networks, and hardware. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, documenting resolutions, testing fixes, maintaining systems, installing updates, tracking assets, and identifying recurring issues. The role also supports application testing, software research, user training development, and knowledge-base maintenance. Work occurs in a casino environment and requires compliance with gaming regulations, customer service standards, confidentiality, and occasional in-town and out-of-town travel.

Monitors casino and hotel operations through CCTV to detect cheating, theft, safety concerns, and policy violations. Reviews, retrieves, and preserves surveillance footage; maintains logs and writes reports; supports asset protection investigations; communicates with management, employees, gaming regulators, and outside representatives; and follows gaming commission, internal control, and departmental procedures. The role requires extended monitor viewing, confidentiality, flexible scheduling, gaming licensure eligibility, and completion of required surveillance and regulatory training.

Operates bingo games as a caller or floor attendant, calls numbers, verifies winners, sells game sheets and specials, handles cash and payouts, monitors the bingo floor, assists guests, records winning games, and maintains bingo equipment. The role requires dependable guest service, computer skills, mathematical aptitude, flexibility across shifts, compliance with gaming regulations, and eligibility for a gaming license.

Serves food and beverages while providing courteous customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, processing cash and POS transactions, maintaining dining areas and supplies, transporting dishes, completing side work, documenting waste and transfers, monitoring alcohol service, and following safety, gaming, and company policies.
