Oversee regulatory supervision and compliance across the Wealth Management division. Review new accounts, trading activity, compliance exceptions, communications, advertising, client materials, and employee financial transactions. Develop operational procedures, coordinate with Middle Office and Legal/Compliance, interpret SEC and FINRA requirements, and approve supervisory processes. The role also supports Wealth Advisor teams, investigates potential conflicts or violations, maintains compliance documentation, and communicates brokerage policies.

Develops pre-trade analytics, risk monitoring, P&L reporting, pricing and hedging models for mortgage-backed securities and rates products. Partners with traders and sales to analyze MBS pools, TBA spreads, and interest-rate strategies. Automates data workflows, improves trading infrastructure, conducts quantitative research and backtesting, and uses market analytics platforms to support front-office trading decisions.

Design, operate, and automate hybrid infrastructure across Azure and on-premises hyperconverged environments. Build infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform and Ansible, develop reusable platforms, troubleshoot issues across cloud and infrastructure layers, and embed SRE practices. Partner with application, security, and business teams on resilient architecture, document standards and runbooks, support incident response, and reduce reliance on managed-service providers through automation and monitoring.
