Performs complex cost accounting for manufacturing operations, including standard costing, inventory reserves, variance analysis, cost studies, audits, monthly reporting, and financial analysis. Supports site controllers and accountants, provides cost data for business decisions and reporting, leads audit and process-improvement activities, and may assign work to accounting support staff.

Supports recruitment, employee data changes, onboarding, training, engagement initiatives, personnel file maintenance, leave administration, and HR compliance. Coordinates with employees and internal teams across facilities, ensures accurate documentation, directs employees to appropriate resources, and assists with communication programs. The role requires at least two years of HR experience, strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrixed organization.
