The role also contributes to cross-department finance projects, ensures compliance with tax authority requirements, analyzes financial information, and helps maintain accurate accounting operations in a global industrial company.

Manages sales, business development, forecasting, and field support across a Canadian territory. Grows dealer accounts, acquires new business, develops sales pipelines, supports retail partners with marketing and merchandising programs, maintains Salesforce data, manages customer care and leads, contributes to forecasts, and attends industry events. Requires B2B outside sales experience, financial acumen, technology proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and travel exceeding 70%.

Manage daily EDI transaction flows between the company, retailers, and partners. Troubleshoot failures, mapping issues, document rejections, data discrepancies, and connectivity problems; maintain retailer compliance; and drive root-cause resolution. Translate EDI requirements into business and system processes, coordinate testing and implementations with IT and business teams, document procedures, and support ERP, warehouse, order management, and integration improvements.
