The role serves as a first point of contact for employee questions, improves operational systems, coordinates cross-functional projects, and builds scalable processes in a fast-growing company.

Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight operations. Translate strategy into executable plans, track schedules, manage scope/budget, surface risks, align vendors and partners, coordinate production/flight/regulatory milestones, and improve planning and communication processes to enable fleet expansion and market launches.
