Family medical leave

Matter offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). This runs concurrent with other state and company leave programs.

Generous parental leave

After one year of service, employees are eligible to receive 6 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% of pay.

Matter offers a generous vacation policy from 10 days/year to upwards of 20 days/year, based on tenure and job title.
