Matic Robots Benefits Overview

Own customer support tickets from initial response through resolution, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, coordinate repairs and escalations, analyze support data for recurring problems, and develop proactive self-service systems. The intern will build deep product knowledge across robotics, AI, hardware, software, and the Matic app while creating AI-powered support tools and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
