Design, build, and iterate electromechanical test rigs and automated setups to reproduce field failures and run accelerated life, fatigue, vibration, shock, thermal, and humidity tests. Integrate actuators, motor drivers, sensors, and DAQ, automate test execution and logging with scripts, support root-cause analysis, create CAD/drawings, and scale the reliability lab while partnering with cross-functional teams to validate and harden products before shipping.

Lead the design and manufacturing of PCBs and subsystems for home robotics, collaborate with teams for product development, and ensure validation of electrical systems.

Design and manufacture critical PCBAs end-to-end: component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, validation, and signal characterization. Integrate electromechanically with firmware and mechanical teams, develop test plans and specifications, and work with contract manufacturers to ensure production quality (including occasional onsite support).
