Lead and scale a global customer support organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as corporate legal counsel for a dual-listed, international company, overseeing corporate reporting, securities compliance, SOX and internal controls, corporate compliance, and M&A matters. Act as a legal business partner across software, manufacturing, and medical divisions by drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial transactions. Advise global stakeholders and customers across varied jurisdictions and languages while balancing legal risk with business opportunities.

Serve as the primary technical contact for aerospace, semiconductor, and medtech customers. Assess feasibility, translate requirements into additive manufacturing solutions, provide technical education, prepare production documentation, manage projects and complaints, analyze costs, negotiate contracts, and support sales results. The role also involves customer presentations, internal collaboration, occasional marketing activities, trade fairs, conferences, and client visits.
