Provide campus safety through vehicle, foot, or bicycle patrols; respond to and investigate incidents (theft, vandalism, alcohol/drug violations, accidents); complete shift and incident reports; assist law enforcement; operate communications equipment and motorized vehicles; work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President's Office including calendar management, Board and Cabinet meeting coordination, record-keeping, donor stewardship support, event logistics, budget assistance, and serving as the primary point of contact while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Administers bi-weekly payroll for employees and student workers, manages employee benefits, retirement programs, leave administration, payroll compliance, reconciles vendor invoices and payroll records, prepares reports and filings, and supports HR and Finance collaboration to ensure accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.
