Sell health plan products via phone, email, and walk-in appointments to prospective members. Manage sales pipeline, complete enrollments, maintain accurate documentation, meet sales metrics, provide excellent customer service, mentor new reps, participate in process improvements, and complete required certifications and training.

Manage provider contracting, network development, and provider education for the health plan. Lead high-level negotiations, ensure compliance with HEDIS/NCQA/DOD/CMS requirements, support market expansion, address escalated provider issues, and collaborate with sales and credentialing teams. Frequent travel required to meet network and recruitment goals.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, assess and document sonographic findings, ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain logs and billing, assist with daily operations and accreditation, and communicate results to physicians while upholding professional ethics.
