Compensation + Benefits

Offers 401(K)

MarketStar offers both Traditional and Roth 401(k) options. Employees are eligible after 3 months of service if they are older than 21 years old.

Offers disability insurance

MarketStar's disability insurance benefit pays 60% of an employee's salary including bonuses and commissions up to $15,000 per month.

Offers charitable contribution matching

The MarketStar Foundation will match charitable contributions of up to $100 per employee. MarketStar has a list of suggested charities, but the match applies to any charity the employee chooses.
