Madison Energy Infrastructure Benefits Overview

Coordinates NYC office operations, workplace systems, vendors, facilities, meetings, culture programming, events, and employee experience initiatives. Provides scheduling, travel, and administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders, including board-level meetings. Partners across offices, manages special projects, and improves workflows using modern productivity and AI tools. Requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Owns the company’s technology operations and cybersecurity program, including Microsoft 365, identity and access, endpoints, SaaS applications, vendors, incident response, vulnerability management, governance, reporting, and security awareness. Partners with managed service providers, business leaders, and employees to improve technology reliability, security, support, and business processes. The role also oversees technology projects, operational metrics, asset management, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Lead Madison’s government affairs strategy, lobbying, political engagement, and partnerships with legislators, regulators, agencies, business leaders, and industry groups. Develop policy roadmaps, track legislative and regulatory developments, support energy infrastructure and data center opportunities, advise leadership and the Board on policy risks, manage PAC strategy, and coordinate public policy messaging. Build relationships across federal, state, and local governments while helping commercial teams de-risk policy-dependent growth opportunities.
