Define benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, and production quality standards; guide model experimentation and determine which capabilities ship. Partner with engineering on platform development, observability, and monitoring, establish operating processes, and enable sales and customer success to communicate AI capabilities accurately.

Owns support and maintenance for customer production workflows after active development. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving technical escalations, making small code fixes and improvements, developing deep knowledge of complex customer environments, identifying recurring issues with engineering and product teams, and communicating issue status and resolutions to customers.

Own the Intelligence and Applied AI product surface, defining 0-to-1 platform capabilities and leading products from discovery through launch and scaling. Develop roadmaps, product specifications, metrics, and processes; partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success; manage ambiguity; and ensure AI automation products deliver measurable customer value.
