Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, collections, accounts payable, revenue recognition, cash management, month-end close, reconciliations, manufacturing cost accounting, audit support, and process controls. The role also builds integrations, AI agents, and automated workflows across finance systems, with ownership of accurate, audit-ready analysis and deliverables.

Own post-sale customer relationships, onboarding, renewals, account health, and expansion for industrial technology accounts. Advise engineering, quality, and operations stakeholders on manufacturing improvements, quantify product ROI, lead business reviews, manage technical solution delivery, mitigate churn, and identify growth opportunities. The role combines engineering or manufacturing expertise, customer success, commercial judgment, and executive-level communication.
