Leads Lumafield’s technical customer support function, managing and developing the team while owning issues from initial response through resolution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting across hardware, firmware, Linux applications, and cloud services; conducting root-cause investigations; improving support systems, reporting, and data management; coordinating escalations with Engineering and Product; and partnering with Customer Success on account health and at-risk customers.

As a Systems Software Engineer, you will develop software for in-line CT scanning products, focusing on performance, embedded systems, and collaboration with other teams. Responsibilities include writing firmware and applications, integrating hardware, and ensuring quality.

You will lead hardware development for industrial CT scanners, handling system architecture, component selection, prototyping, and testing and validation processes closely partnering with engineering and product teams.
