Leads procurement excellence initiatives involving contract visibility, supplier performance, KPI dashboards, spend analysis, invoicing governance, savings tracking, and procurement process improvements. Coordinates sourcing, vendor setup, contract activities, supplier reviews, and cross-functional projects while using SAP, Ariba, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI to support data-driven decisions and operational accountability in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Leads QA program teams and serves as the primary Quality contact for clients during new product introduction, technical transfer, and manufacturing activities. Oversees quality agreements, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, batch records, SOPs, process validation, APQRs, and floor support in cGMP-regulated biologics manufacturing. Provides cross-functional leadership, client communication, compliance guidance, and inspection readiness support.

Supports automation systems in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility, including process and building controls, S88 batch systems, hardware, device integration, networking, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and 24/7 operational support. Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, validation, facilities, and IT teams while ensuring cGMP, EHS, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role also contributes to automation projects, root-cause investigations, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
