Provides legal and administrative support to the EVP of Legal and Administration. Coordinates real estate transactions, contracts, closings, filings, corporate governance records, document management, scheduling, communications, and follow-up. Assists with construction and commercial real estate matters, entity formation, contract workflows, and correspondence under direction. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
