Lead all operational activities across the Americas, overseeing fulfillment, inventory, logistics, repair operations, and customer-facing support. Manage regional teams and third-party service providers, partner with Sales on deployments and escalations, monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Support commercial operations across EMEA and APAC: build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensure Salesforce data integrity, support BI pipeline reviews and forecasting, manage commission files and reconciliations, liaise with Finance and Order Management, and assist end-of-quarter and AOP reporting.

Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for mission-critical customers across phone, email, and chat. Own customer issues, maintain deep product knowledge, escalate to internal teams, and advise Sales Engineers. Ensure operational excellence in Linux environments and support streaming/telecom use cases.
