Manage office and visitor experience across two manufacturing sites, coordinate customer visits and plant tours, support executive travel and logistics, maintain workplace readiness and vendor relationships, and handle event/onboarding logistics and basic facility billing and supplies.

Hands-on production leader managing safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement for electromechanical assembly. Supervise and develop floor teams, drive KPIs, support ramp-ups and NPI, apply lean/Six Sigma methods, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to scale production.
