Responsibilities include security event management, log aggregation, threat detection, systems integration, virtualization support, testing, troubleshooting, technical research, architecture planning, and development of engineering documentation and implementation packages. The role requires collaboration with government stakeholders and distributed cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams.

Provides senior enterprise systems engineering, administration, integration, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle support for Army and DoD environments. Administers Microsoft, Remedy, BMC Helix, systems management, virtualization, directory, database, and monitoring platforms. Develops configuration baselines, dashboards, workflows, documentation, RMF artifacts, and operational metrics while performing troubleshooting, performance optimization, migrations, and modernization. Requires collaboration with Army stakeholders and technical leadership supporting secure, resilient enterprise network operations.

Administers, maintains, troubleshoots, and secures enterprise network infrastructure supporting mission-critical DoD operations. Provides Tier II/III support, manages Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba routers, switches, and wireless systems, analyzes network performance, supports upgrades, disaster recovery, SAN connectivity, documentation, and security compliance. Collaborates with systems administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and engineers while assisting with technical training and knowledge transfer.
