Manages MSPs and vendors, establishes service metrics, drives M&A integration and tool consolidation, leads strategic projects, and supports long-term technology planning. Mentors three global team members and partners cross-functionally to improve end-user experience, governance, standardization, and enterprise readiness.

Designs and builds backend services and APIs integrating Connect with LinOS. Responsibilities include translating architecture into maintainable code, owning technical initiatives, conducting code reviews, improving testing and observability, mentoring engineers, supporting production systems, and using AI coding tools responsibly. The role requires strong object-oriented development, SQL, distributed systems, API design, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork, with preferred experience in Node.js, TypeScript, React, SQL Server, industrial software, Datadog, Docker, and technical leadership.
