The role also manages workplace operations and expands into people operations, including onboarding, HR administration, employee experience, and internal programs. Requires strong judgment, communication, confidentiality, prioritization, and executive partnership in a fast-growing startup.

Supports commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for electrical controls and automation systems on a laser furnace and process equipment. Responsibilities include PLC and SCADA troubleshooting, Ignition HMI updates, Codesys logic changes, field wiring, panel modifications, device configuration, commissioning, controls documentation, and integration of industrial equipment such as lasers, pumps, chillers, sensors, valves, VFDs, and heaters.
