Dental insurance
Lightship's dental plan options cover between 90%-100% of the cost of preventative care and 50% of all orthodontic services.
Disability insurance
We offer both STD & LTD insurance, 100% paid by Lightship, to all permanent employees. We provide 60% up to $2,500 per week for up to 26 weeks (STD) & 60% up to $15,000 per month after 180 days (LTD).

Child Care + Parental Leave
Family medical leave
Lightship offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
Lightship offers up to 16 weeks maternity leave for new mothers and up to 10 weeks parental leave for any new parents who have not given birth, both paid at 100%. (Prorated under 6 months of service)
