The company also covers 100% of short-term disability insurance so that when the unexpected happens, our employees feel secure. Other: we also offer tax commuter benefits, wellness memberships (such as ClassPass), and employee assistance programs. We offer a $500 work from home reimbursement for any WFH expenses as well! Perks: each year, our entire company meets up in a singular location for a team meeting (previous locations including Belgium and Portugal). This serves as an opportunity to bond as a team, get to know your coworkers and leaders, and celebrate what we were able to accomplish as a company in the previous year. This meeting consists of both activities and festivities alike.
