Builds relationships with doctors and staff, assesses workflows, develops implementation plans, provides clinical and operational guidance, supports sales growth, mentors partners, uses analytics for decision-making, and coordinates internal resources. Requires orthodontic clinical expertise, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and travel to customer sites.

Provides clinical support, assesses practice workflows, develops implementation plans, trains doctors and staff, fosters customer relationships, collaborates with sales and marketing, supports product improvements, uses analytics for decision-making, and manages multiple customer projects and travel requirements.

Leads a strategic technical product program across hardware, software, manufacturing, and clinical teams. Develops program plans, manages dependencies, risks, resources, governance, and executive reporting from concept through launch. Provides technical leadership on manufacturing, material science, 3D printing, and digital workflow integration challenges while driving cross-functional alignment and continuous process improvement.
