Leads enterprise application strategy, delivery, support, maintenance, modernization, and operational excellence. Oversees application roadmaps, service levels, releases, security, compliance, vendors, budgets, and delivery risks. Partners with business and technology stakeholders while leading, coaching, and developing high-performing IT teams. Requires extensive applications experience and people leadership, with healthcare payer and dental payer expertise preferred.

Supports, administers, and enhances enterprise applications while resolving complex production issues through root cause analysis. Partners with stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure, architecture, cybersecurity, and development teams on integrations, requirements, testing, deployments, and modernization. Performs advanced SQL Server analysis and data validation, manages application dependencies and vendors, maintains technical documentation, ensures compliance, and mentors junior analysts.

Supports accounting operations across multiple entities by preparing reconciliations, processing claims and provider payments, managing payables workflows, handling refunds and EFT setup, assisting with audits and compliance reporting, and supporting 1099 reporting. The role also investigates discrepancies, maintains financial records, documents procedures, tests systems, and improves accounting workflows.
