Whether executive-sponsoring a Women of Level Access employee resource group or structuring employee goal-setting with a “Level Up” tool, Colleen Wood keeps colleagues in mind. “I’m very passionate about building an award-winning culture of inclusion where all people feel a sense of belonging and their voices are heard,” she said. At Level Access, internal programs support emerging leaders, train managers and allot employees $1,000 a year for professional development. “I got to where I am in my career with the help and kindness of many,” Wood said. “I want to make sure others experience that.”
