Legacybox Benefits Overview

Supports daily People team operations across recruiting, onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS records, training, and employee support. Recruits frontline employees, coordinates background checks and documentation, reviews timekeeping, assists with payroll and open enrollment, maintains policies and compliance reports, and partners with managers on staffing, retention, performance, and engagement initiatives.

Lead Legacybox’s accounting and financial operations, including monthly and year-end close, GAAP financial reporting, general ledger management, inventory and cost accounting, reconciliations, internal controls, and financial systems. Partner with the CFO on forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning; improve processes and integrations; connect operational activity to financial results; and lead the finance and accounting team.
