Supports digital web production and maintenance across active websites by coordinating updates, assets, deliverables, schedules, resources, budgets, meetings, and team workflows. The Associate Producer collaborates with producers, developers, designers, and content teams to maintain project momentum, organize handoffs, track action items, prepare presentations, onboard team members, and improve production efficiency. This is a part-time freelance role requiring strong organization, communication, prioritization, and ownership.

Leads complex digital projects from discovery through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality assurance, client communication, resource allocation, team collaboration, and financial reporting. Oversees website builds, CMS implementations, platform redesigns, and custom application development within a digital agency environment.

Develop, maintain, and optimize production-grade frontend code for enterprise client websites. Participate in code reviews, documentation, accessibility optimization, performance-focused animation, and agile collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires delivering polished, scalable web experiences for external clients on fixed deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
