Lead technical onboarding for new customers of Leapsome's People Enablement and HRIS platform. Manage multiple implementation projects, configure platform workflows, troubleshoot setup issues, coordinate with Product and Support, deliver trainings, create scalable onboarding content, leverage AI tools to personalize materials, and transition customers to Customer Success.

The role involves full responsibility for the sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting demos, negotiating, and relationship management, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences using AI-driven strategies.

As a High-Velocity Account Executive, you'll manage the sales cycle for small companies, qualifying leads, running demos, negotiating, and closing deals while building relationships and collaborating to enhance the sales process.
