LANDR Benefits Overview

Provides technical and account support for LANDR users, including subscription and billing questions, software installation, licensing, MIDI/audio routing, plugin compatibility, and DAW workflows. Tracks and escalates bugs, maintains knowledge-base documentation, creates troubleshooting content, advocates for user needs, and collaborates with Product, QA, Billing, and Support teams. Requires strong communication, customer service or technical support experience, English fluency, and substantial familiarity with music production workflows.

Own growth product marketing across the acquisition, signup, activation, conversion, and retention funnel. Analyze behavioral, campaign, lifecycle, and product data to identify opportunities; develop audience strategies, messaging, experiments, onboarding and paywall improvements; and deliver actionable recommendations and reports. Partner with Ads, Lifecycle, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams while leading campaign management and go-to-market initiatives.
