Lanco Integrated Benefits Overview

Own assigned spend categories and source materials/services to meet engineering and manufacturing schedules. Manage POs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier performance (scorecards, QBRs), and international contracts. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to prevent shortages, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and run procurement reporting and inventory coordination.

The Regional Sales Manager will identify and sell manufacturing and turnkey automation systems, maintain customer relationships, and travel extensively to client sites.

Lead assembly, debug, and commission medium-to-large custom automation systems. Own project timelines, run FAT/SAT, perform machine verification and CpK/Gage R&R studies, mentor mechanical technicians, and drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
