Supports warehouse, inventory, inbound and outbound logistics in a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, cycle counts, replenishment, material flow, shipping documentation, customs coordination, ERP data maintenance, internal logistics, KPI reporting, compliance with GMP and ISO 13485, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Sales while supporting order fulfillment and production material availability.

Leads Kuros Biosciences’ Bilthoven operations, supply chain, process engineering, facilities, and site leadership for global medical device, biologic, and combination-product portfolios. Owns operational strategy, production, budgeting, process optimization, compliance, stakeholder relations, and team development. Supports product development, registrations, lifecycle management, and commercial growth while ensuring Dutch, EU, and FDA requirements are met. Requires extensive senior leadership experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or orthopedics, with fluency in English and Dutch and 20–30% travel.

Analyzes and improves end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, forecasting, purchasing, ERP support, master data management, and Sales and Operations Planning. Maintains data quality, develops Power BI, SQL, and Python reports, monitors KPIs, identifies trends, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with global, cross-functional teams in a multi-site manufacturing environment while supporting regulatory, quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
