The role also contributes to business development, internal initiatives, and client secondments across Australia and the South Pacific.

Deliver Australian tax compliance and advisory services for private businesses, family groups, start-ups, and listed companies. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and other compliance obligations; advising on entity structures, Division 7A, and trust distributions; managing client relationships; reviewing junior staff work; and coaching team members. The role also supports Managers and Partners on complex engagements and advisory projects.

Leads and manages external audit engagements for high-profile clients, overseeing audit delivery, advisory work, client service, quality assurance, reporting, and business development. The role also develops team members, builds client relationships, applies IFRS expertise, and contributes to future leadership initiatives.
