Source and engage highly qualified software engineering candidates across frontend, backend, full-stack, infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI/ML disciplines. Partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build talent maps and pipelines, conduct outreach and initial qualification, maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and improve candidate conversion and experience. The role primarily supports technical hiring while occasionally sourcing commercial and general and administrative candidates.

The Director of Revenue Operations partners with the CRO to orchestrate the B2B SaaS go-to-market engine. Responsibilities include owning forecasting and pipeline intelligence, running executive operating cadences, coordinating cross-functional execution, managing Salesforce and revenue systems, building AI-enabled automations, improving data integrity and productivity, and leading Marketing Operations and Sales Development technical resources.

Own the roadmap and lifecycle of hardware products including beacons, badges, tags, gateways, and sensing devices. Define priorities and specifications, partner closely with engineering on hardware and firmware tradeoffs, manage Chinese manufacturing relationships, negotiate costs and timelines, and ensure successful NPI and product revisions. Translate hospital requirements into reliable field performance while coordinating hardware-software integration, customer deployments, and decisions related to design, vendors, and product variants.
