Kneat Solutions Benefits Overview

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts for Kneat’s SaaS platform. Responsibilities include renewals, expansion sales, executive relationship development, account planning, quota attainment, complex sales-cycle orchestration, CRM management, demonstrations, procurement navigation, QBRs, and coordination with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and executive stakeholders.

Provides application technical support for APAC customers by managing support tickets, diagnosing software and log-file issues, developing workarounds, documenting solutions, and meeting SLAs. Collaborates with Development, QA, QC, Sales, and Operations teams on issue resolution, testing, installations, upgrades, training, and customer communications. Maintains knowledge-base content, supports continuous improvement, and may attend customer sites when required.

An 18-month graduate program rotating through R&D teams including software development, software test engineering, SaaS operations, and business operations. Graduates receive mentoring, professional development, and hands-on experience before settling into a chosen area. The hybrid role is based in Limerick, Ireland, and requires an honors degree in computer science, software development, business information systems, or another IT discipline, along with the right to work in Ireland.
