Coordinates patient referrals to specialists and external providers, including scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, medical-record transmission, follow-up, and patient communication. Maintains accurate referral documentation in EMR systems, monitors referral status, resolves delays, supports care continuity, and ensures compliance with HIPAA and related regulations. The role is performed on-site in a clinic environment and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Manages daily primary care clinic operations, support staff, scheduling, compliance, patient experience, quality improvement, budgets, financial performance, and revenue cycle coordination. Oversees workflows, regulatory and accreditation requirements, staffing, recruitment, performance metrics, and service recovery while partnering with clinicians and the Practice Manager to improve care outcomes and operational sustainability.
