Kiddie Academy Benefits Overview

The Controller oversees accounting policies, internal controls, fiscal records, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting support, state filings, and accurate financial reporting. This role leads and develops accounting staff, ensures compliance across multiple legal entities and states, and supports financial systems and reporting processes. The position requires extensive accounting leadership, GAAP expertise, and advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

Coordinates marketing projects, stakeholder workflows, deadlines, reporting, data modeling, measurement strategies, and ROI analysis. Extracts and analyzes data from multiple marketing platforms and formats to support campaign strategy and performance insights. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, collaboration, computer proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

The Director of Operations oversees a team supporting new Academies, ensuring quality and compliance with operations and sales processes while promoting customer service excellence.
