Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of production-grade agentic AI systems supporting insurance underwriting and portfolio management. Build evaluation, observability, testing, tracing, fallback, and reliability capabilities. Partner with underwriters and portfolio managers to translate commercial needs into product and technical decisions. The role requires strong software architecture, cloud deployment, AI framework, governance, and operational expertise, with ownership from initial design through production delivery.

Leads technology and IT internal audits across an algorithmic insurance carrier and Lloyd’s syndicate. Assesses risk management, control design, operating effectiveness, cybersecurity, data governance, software development, cloud, machine learning, underwriting, and insurance processes. Plans audits, performs fieldwork and testing, documents evidence, negotiates findings, produces reports, monitors remediation, supports Audit Committee and Board reporting, and advances audit methods through data analytics and AI tools.
