Design, build, optimize and maintain production-grade data pipelines, data models and reporting on GCP/BigQuery. Ensure data quality, governance and reliability, produce documentation, and collaborate with finance, actuary, data science, and platform teams to support analytics and MLOps capabilities.

Work across analytics, engineering and product to design, build and maintain datasets, dashboards and data products. Provide applied analytics and statistical insight to stakeholders, ensure data governance and integrity, resolve data issues, document systems, increase automation, and evaluate tools to improve data storage and analysis.

The Senior Algorithm Engineer will develop machine learning-enabled products for underwriting, manage algorithm integrity, and enhance digital processes while mentoring junior team members.
