Keshet Benefits Overview

Provides case management for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develops and monitors personal plans, coordinates services, maintains clinical and regulatory documentation, oversees Therap records and attendance reporting, supports staff training, manages compliance requirements, responds to emergencies, and collaborates with nurses, behavior support providers, operations staff, families, and oversight agencies.

Oversee daily operations and instructional quality for Keshet's therapeutic day school site. Provide instructional coaching, represent the program in IEPs, ensure special education compliance, coordinate interdisciplinary services and transitions, support staff development, maintain safety certification, and refine administrative processes to improve student outcomes.

Lead strategic direction, growth, and operations for Keshet's camp and recreation programs. Oversee program development, budgeting, staff supervision, partnerships, compliance, evaluation, and ensure inclusive, high-quality recreational services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
