Lead domestic commercial sales initially, then launch and scale sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Responsibilities include solution selling, inbound and outbound deal execution, partner and distributor negotiations, channel development, global sales strategy, and repeatable sales-model creation. The role works closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and sales leadership to build a 0-to-1 global business.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs primarily with Node.js. Work with databases, asynchronous processing, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture while gradually contributing to Ruby on Rails services. Debug production issues, participate in code reviews and planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, and code quality.

Own complex Tier 2 technical support issues for B2B SaaS customers, troubleshooting logs, APIs, configurations, and system behavior. Investigate root causes, reproduce bugs, manage escalations, and drive issues to resolution with Engineering and Product teams. Communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders, document troubleshooting guidance, identify recurring problems, and improve support tools, processes, and playbooks.
