Work with databases, asynchronous processing, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture while gradually contributing to Ruby on Rails services. Debug production issues, participate in code reviews and planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, testing, and code quality.

Own complex Tier 2 technical support issues for B2B SaaS customers, troubleshooting logs, APIs, configurations, and system behavior. Investigate root causes, reproduce bugs, manage escalations, and drive issues to resolution with Engineering and Product teams. Communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders, document troubleshooting guidance, identify recurring problems, and improve support tools, processes, and playbooks.

Execute field marketing across Australia, including events, webinars, conferences, sponsorships, and customer meetups. Create branded graphics, presentations, email assets, social posts, blogs, and campaign content using Canva, Figma, Adobe, and AI tools. Support demand generation, HubSpot workflows, landing pages, reporting, competitor research, and marketing operations while maintaining project trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries.
