Johnson Ferry Baptist Church Benefits Overview

Lead guest assimilation by designing a relational follow-up pathway to move new guests toward groups, service, giving, and membership. Plan monthly Intro events and Next Steps gatherings, conduct weekly follow-up, collaborate with ministries and Serve team, brand the process internally, support church-wide initiatives, attend staff meetings, and assist senior leadership as needed.

Support setup and technical operation for weekly worship and events, including audio mixing, ProPresenter operation, lighting/DMX support, equipment inventory and maintenance, venue prep, load-ins/outs, and managing production storage and band gear.

Coordinate Sunday preschool discipleship by recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising volunteer teachers and contracted caregivers; manage facilities, communications, events (VBS), and ministry team relationships while supporting church leadership and participating in staff meetings and trainings.
